Celebrating Your Lifestyle Business
Just a quick thought about whether you are getting the freedom and enjoyment you expected from your business. Many solopreneurs are keen to start a lifestyle business that will give them the freedom to be location independent or able to fit work around their desired leisure and social activities.
The problem can be, especially in the early stages of a new business, that you end up working much more than you originally thought you would. Has this happened to you? If it has, I encourage you to take a day off and go out and have some fun! Why not do something that you have wanted to do for a long time. Perhaps you have been putting off a trip because of work pressures. If so, go out and take that trip and enjoy yourself.
One day off is not going to impact your business and you will come back refreshed and ready to work. It’s actually quite likely that you will be more productive after a day off.
