How calorie tracking works
Trinh Le is a dietician consultant for MyFitnessPal and is one of my favourite bloggers, regularly posting useful articles about dieting and food. Today she posted a great article covering the topic of tracking calories and how this approach works even when the recording is not 100% accurate. Read the article here.

- you start to think about how much you are eating with each meal, particularly when eating out
- you make better choices when you know just how many calories you are eating
