Finding A Mentor That Suits You
Finding a mentor that inspires you to improve as a solopreneur can have a big impact on the growth of your business. A great idea is to seek out someone who has achieved the things in life that you want to attain yourself. Can you think of some individuals that have built a similar kind of business or have the lifestyle your dream of?
For me it is people like Sean Mize, David Risley or Chase Reeves. All three of these have successful online businesses with models that I would like to build for myself.
- Sean Mize is a content monster, publishing a daily email to his subscribers, who teaches his students how to do the same.
- David Risley has built himself a membership-based business that allows him the freedom to travel in his RV with family and work while on the road.
- Chase Reeves is also part of a membership-based business but just seems to have his life priorities so well balanced ad just has such a fun outlook on life.
If I had the chance to meet any of these three people I would ask them what is the one thing they do in their business that gives them the most pleasure for the highest return.
Now It’s Your Turn
Why not try this yourself? Come up with one or two people that inspire you. Ask yourself why you admire them and what you would ask them if you had a chance to meet them face to face. Maybe they might even offer to become your mentor!
